Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the promotion of Nicola Lutgert to chief marketing officer. In this role, she will be responsible for all marketing initiatives of the company’s 40 offices from Southwest Florida to North Carolina. She joined the brokerage in 2015 as vice president of marketing. A real estate and development industry veteran, Lutgert previously served as director of marketing for London Bay Homes. Her background also includes work with national brands such as HGTV and American Express.
