Williams Parker Adds New Partner, Paralegals

Plus, new hires at All Faiths Food Bank, JFCS of the Suncoast and more.

Williams Parker is pleased to announce that real estate attorney Natalie G. Coldiron has joined the firm as a partner. Coldiron’s practice includes advising on all types of real estate transactions, real property closings, and title insurance matters. Additionally, real estate paralegals Lori Molnar and Kristie Tonitis, as well as networking coordinator Annette Bentley-Reilly, who work closely with Coldiron, are also joining the firm.

Halfacre Construction Company, a Lakewood Ranch-based commercial construction company, recently welcomed Eric Graham as its director of community and business diversity.

Hershorin Schiff Community Day School recently appointed Tracey Bortz as its director of Early Childhood Education Center programs. Bortz previously served as the director of early childhood education at the Gross Schechter Day School in Pepper Pike, Ohio.

Two Sarasota-Manatee high school students have been selected as Bank of America Student Leaders: Dilan Desir, rising senior at State College of Florida Collegiate School, and Stephani Bryant, rising senior at Southeast Highschool. As Student Leaders, they will work closely with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County and gain exposure to workforce skills, leadership and civic engagement.

JMX Brands has announced that Kari-Jo Koshes, director of stores and fulfillment has been accepted to the Leadership Florida program. Koshes currently oversees JMX's innovations in product delivery; manages its LaGrange, Indiana warehouse and outlet store; supervises the experience and ongoing expansions of DutchCrafters showrooms in Sarasota; Alpharetta, Georgia; Howe, Indiana; and plans for future showroom locations.

Manatee Community Foundation recently welcomed three new voting members to its board of directors: attorney Nurisha Harvey, businesswoman Amanda Horne and community leader Susie Walters.

JFCS of the Suncoast has named John Frizzell as its new Chief Financial Officer and Keith Leahey as its new Chief of Behavioral Health Services.

All Faiths Food Bank has hired DD Goerke as its new senior director of people and culture. Goerke will be responsible for contributing to the strategic leadership of the food bank, serving as the keeper of the organization’s culture and ensuring continuous improvement and innovation; talent acquisition and management, including assisting team members with individual professional development plans; human resources administration; and general administration.
