Gulf Coast Community Foundation recently announced it's opening The Sarasota Philanthropy Center, an extension of its Venice headquarters, on State Street in downtown Sarasota.

The 5,000-square-foot space will serve as a space for Gulf Coast’s nonprofit partners hold meetings, retreats and workshops. Donors will also be able to work with the Gulf Coast team not only in Venice, but now in the heart of downtown Sarasota.

The space, which is open to all of Gulf Coast’s nonprofit partners, boasts three community-style rooms and three meeting rooms. Gulf Coast partners will have the opportunity to reserve space as needed. In addition, 11 computer-ready work stations for the Gulf Coast team were built to support the growth of the organization.
