Zonta clubs provide funding towards efforts to empower women and expand their access to education, health care, economic opportunities and safe living conditions.
The late Charles and Margery Barancik, Dr. Laura Kingsley and Dr. Heidi Anderson, along with her daughter Avery Brannan, will be honored at its 32nd annual luncheon.
The $25,000 grant comes from the Gulf Coast Community Foundation and will help Girls Inc. expand its Family Strengthening Program to reach girls living in crisis situations.
