The Capital Grille is offering a generous pour wine event, with highly trained servers suggesting pairings for each course. The Generous Pour offers a collection of wines that have been hand-selected master sommelier George Miliotes, one of only 215 Master Sommeliers worldwide. Tapas & Taps at Darwin Brewing Company
Tapas & Taps is a celebration of local chefs and brewers teaming up to experiment with flavors and push the boundaries of beer pairings. Featured chefs use Darwin Brewing Company beers beers as the canvas for creating a new masterpiece. Third Annual Trash Fish Sarasota Dinner
Trash Fish Sarasota's goal is for the public to learn and taste the underutilized, invasive or aquaculture fish species that don’t normally make the typical seafood menu. Seven of Sarasota’s favorite chefs will be whipping up the “trash fish” and turning them into amazing dishes at Louies Modern restaurant, all while helping guests understand the future of sustainable food. 1289 N.
