Ringling Museum Awarded Grant From the Andy Warhol Foundation

The $31,000 grant will support curatorial activities and a new exhibit in 2023.

The Ringling recently received a Curatorial Research Fellowship from The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts. The fellowship is valued at $31,000 and will help support curatorial activities like travel and scholarly research for an upcoming exhibit of contemporary Indigenous art that will be held at the museum in 2023. The Andy Warhol Foundation, which seeks to advance visual arts, has given more than $218 million in cash grants to more than 1,000 arts organizations nationwide, and has donated 52,786 works of art to 322 institutions worldwide.
