The Community Foundation of Sarasota County, through the James Franklin Warnell & Dorothy J. Warnell Fund and the Edward K. Roberts Fund, recently awarded Forty Carrots Family Center a $20,000 grant to offer and expand mental health care assistance to local families and children. Forty Carrots offers parenting Education, mental health services and early childhood education to community members, often free of charge.
