JFCS of the Suncoast Appoints New Chief of Client Services

JFCS of the Suncoast has announced the appointment of Eddie Collins as its new chief of client services. In this position, Collins will be a part of JFCS' executive team and will oversee all non-clinical programs and services, including homeless and prevention services, the Operation Military Assistance program for veterans, career and financial advancement, Building Strong Families, and Ignite and REACH, JFCS' fatherhood and relationship programs.

Prior to joining JFCS, Collins spent 14 years at Boley Centers, a St. Petersburg not-for-profit organization serving people with mental disabilities, individuals and families who are homeless, and veterans. Prior to his time at Boley, Collins worked for Coastal Behavioral Healthcare for 12 years as a case manager, coordinator of community services, and director providing clinical and administrative supervision. He holds a masters degree in rehabilitation and mental health counseling from the University of South Florida and is a licensed mental health counselor with a certification in substance abuse addiction.
